Agent test commands retry unsupported quiet or filter arguments

Symptom: cargo nextest run -q rejects -q, or cargo test first second rejects the second positional filter.

Fix: Follow the project’s test recipe. For nextest, use cargo nextest run --cargo-quiet --status-level fail --final-status-level fail. For a selected nextest subset, use its -E 'test(first) | test(second)' expression. Cargo test accepts one positional substring filter; run separate commands for independent filters, and run cargo test --doc for doctests. Keep test exit codes visible when filtering logs.
